1948 Pontiac Parking Brake Piece Needed

I need a small part to finish a parking brake repair. It is the clip/clamp/clasp that holds the brake cable assembly to the parking brake lever assembly. The parking brake is held to the car with a large, square-shaped bracket held on by 4 bolts. The part I need bolts to a hole in the middle of the bracket. It holds the conduit and the cable inside of it to the parking brake handle. On one end there is a kind of ring coming off the clamp which I think snags the conduit. This keeps the conduit stationary so that the cable can move to apply or release the parking brake. This piece may need to be bent to be removed. It seems like it should be a part of a front parking brake assembly, but I have checked and it does not seem to come with new assemblies. If anyone has a new one or used one I would be interested.
