1959 Bonneville

'59 Bonneville has no power to fuse at the fuse box (with the engine running).
My wire diagram does not show how the power is distributed in the fuse box.

See attached wiring schematic. It is a real jumble, but I have highlighted (red and blue) two paths that appear to be feeds to the fuse block.

The most interesting on is the blue that runs out and then junctions up and over to the ignition switch. That is how I have hooked up fuse panels myself- off of the ignition switch. That might mean a bad switch. If you can remove the switch and remove the wire feeding out to the fuse block, put some other 12V source to it and see if your fuse block powers up.

Then again.... the more I look at it, perhaps it is just the other way around that the blue highlighted wire feeds the ignition switch rather than the other way around. If that is the case, then it would seem the red wire is the power into the block.

Here is a link to a place that sells really good color schematics: https://classiccarwiring.com/products/1959-pontiac-color-wiring-diagram

Also... see attached schematic that seems even better than the Pontiac Shop Manual one shown that I highlighted. Note that there is a wire in the block marked as "RED" that traces back to a big wire source that links in to battery, etc. That might be the one you should be checking as tyhe main power source into the fuse block.

Good luck. Keep us posted.
